PUBERTY

Puberty? What is puberty? Though we are in this duration, we still don’t have a clear idea of it -puberty.
The first activity has already made us confused. Sarah asked us for some words about puberty, but only 2 students know about the few words. At that period, I was totally shocked that why I don't know "any" of them, am I really in the period of puberty?
Then the second activity was to let us draw or write anything in our opinion that are related to Puberty on a piece of paper. Finally, most of students think that for puberty, in love with someone is the biggest character.
After that, Sarah asked us a very important question: How would puberty change us? My first reaction was emotion. Because now, we are almost in the period of puberty, and family members are always the “doormats”. Every time when they are asking, talking or even caring about me, I will feel really annoyed or even to begin an argument with them without any reason. Actually I realized that I couldn't do these to my parents, but I cannot control myself every time. Maybe all these were the omens of puberty.
Later, Sarah helped us to divide puberty into three parts: physical, mental, and emotional. Also these are the main elements that I am going to talk about. Firstly, physically, I believe all of us can mention the changes of physical changes during this period clearly, we will grow up, and our voices will change. Physical changes are the most obvious parts during puberty, anyway, puberty is the best time for us to grow. Secondly, mentally. Mental change is the most "dangerous" part, why I said this word is because that many people cannot treat themselves very well , some of them even fail in this part, and then puberty destroys their whole life because of this one small part. Many people may think that the things, the people around them are all very annoyed, gradually, they will always put themselves in an individual space, no talking to others, no communication during that time. But at the same time, their heart will be constrained, because they don't have chance or they don't allow themselves to communicate with the external world. Furthermore, they will put all the things by themselves, in their minds, in their hearts. But normally whether their heart or mind cannot accept these much information to lead one's desperation, then they will use different cruelty ways to suicide to satisfy their mental requirements. This is the most dangerous part, all the things are led by their over- emotional, to do anything at anytime. So during this period, parents need to try their best to be a psychologist, if they are not at this key period, maybe their children's whole life will be destroyed. Lastly, emotionally. This is the necessary process for any of us. Also, this is the beginning which leads to the problems. For this part, we need to control ourselves, because no one can control and help you, except yourself.
The last activity for our lesson was to let us write any problems we are in or any confuses to Sarah. This part can let us have an honest communicate with our minds, our hearts, because only when we are writing and thinking about the problems, we can rediscover ourselves.
I love this lesson! I’d appreciate my school for giving chance to us to have the lesson about Puberty, and let me revaluate the word "Puberty" and have a totally new definition of this word.
