以莎剧滋养艺术之心

　　莎士比亚戏剧演绎的是艺术，成就的是审美价值。而今，它穿越世纪的沟壑，化作灵魂的盛宴，与同学们共享前世今朝的艺术之旅。5月10日，当镁光灯聚集在同学们所栽培的艺术之花绽放的瞬间，我们领略着情感与戏剧的结合，品尝同学之间团结合作的硕果，享受拼搏进取的甘露，这一切都是用言语表达不尽的精神享受。

　　一个多月，同学们反复斟酌剧本，领悟台词背后的情感脉络，选择道具与服装，组织无数次浸透着汗水的排练……我们毫无怨言，对于艺术的探索驱使我们去潜心钻研，同学之间的相互竞争鞭策着我们朝戏剧节勇往直前。演出当天，校领导们悉数莅临观摩，一同出席的还有九年级的各位恩师。演出当天，同学们付出的汗水终于换来了老师们的肯定与同学们的雀跃。

　　伴随着镁光灯最后一缕光芒的消散，深藏于幽暗中的城堡显现出可怖狰狞的异状，一国之君孤傲的背影屹立不屈，杀人的恶念令他堕入魔性不可自拔。冥冥中的脚步声，沉重凄惨的丧钟之音荡气回肠，似是要将一切揽入黑暗的怀抱。麦克白夫妇一同在血池中挣扎绝望的神情渲染了悲哀的气氛，女巫尖锐的笑声与古灵精怪的舞蹈透露着怪诞与森然，班柯鬼魂游荡在麦克白的精神世界，给予其灵魂无尽的折磨，麦克德夫英勇无畏的最后一击结束了邪恶与惨烈的蔓延。凄厉无助的惨叫将戏剧推向高潮，惟妙惟肖的音效诠释了动人心魄的情节与刀光剑影中悲壮殊死的较量——这就是Pre-DP9（2）班的《麦克白》，一场空前绝后的视觉盛宴。

　　而后，悲怆的烟云逐渐被抒情浪漫的格调吹散。女扮男装的薇奥拉成为了全剧的焦点，伴随着优雅舒缓的宫廷音乐，展开了一段错综复杂的微妙情事。丑态百出的管家马伏里奥令人捧腹，典雅高贵的伯爵小姐惊艳全场。静谧的花园中奥利维亚真诚的告白虽是因误会而起，却令人怦然心动，而维奥拉保持着矜持的姿态默默守护着一份纯洁的爱情，也令人颇为感动。虽说没有涤荡起伏的剧情，却是如细水长流般引领着观众们的视线，而交相呼应的唯美音效可谓天衣无缝，与剧本配合到炉火纯青的境界。三班同学所呈现的《第十二夜》，一切如此安详，一切如此美妙。

　　至此，一班的同学带来了又一部莎士比亚的经典悲剧《李尔王》。舞台由光转暗，光影斑驳中映出微弱的火光，年迈的国王李尔在一片安宁中诉说着自甘退位的愿望。富丽堂皇的宫殿中，口蜜腹剑的公主们为赢其父亲的宠信得意地瓜分国土，而纯真质朴的考狄利娅却因不愿阿谀奉承而一无所得。只字片语间，人物性格一目了然。紧凑的故事情节、对白是那样动人心弦。随着剧情的展开，众叛亲离的李尔王流落荒郊野外，落魄无助的神态无不诉说着一世王朝的悲哀。当考狄利娅与父亲久别重逢，团圆的美酒还没来得及饮上一口，战事的失利便残忍地夺取了小女儿的生命。李尔王抱着其尸体悲痛至死的场景至今仍鲜明地印刻在每一个人脑海间。

　　最后登场的四班同学为各位奉上了压轴大戏《仲夏夜之罗密欧与朱丽叶》。华美的服装，精致的道具，戏剧开头便使人堕入似梦非梦的仲夏之夜。雍容华贵的仙王与仙后所散发出高贵而威严的气质，忠贞善良的赫米娅与忠实深情的拉山德之间不可切断的羁绊让人不由赞叹爱情的伟大，勇敢的海伦娜对于爱情的执著在言语和神情之间被演绎得淋漓尽致，淘气的精灵则是黑夜的点缀。此部戏剧中的独特之处在与将罗密欧与朱丽叶之间悲剧式的爱情穿插其中以凸显主旨，可谓新颖而又不失深意。

  掌声与喝彩是给予每一个人的鼓励与赞美，荣誉则是汗水所凝聚的结晶。此次，三班荣获了最佳演出奖，而最佳剧本改编奖则被两班揽入囊中，荣获最佳服装道具奖的毋庸置疑非四班莫属，一班则荣获了同样值得骄傲的最佳组织奖。个人部分的最佳男主角由饰演麦克白的凌嘉鸿同学所荣获，荣获最佳女主角的是出演麦克白夫人的李牧阳同学，获得印象深刻配角奖的是托比爵士沙信言，出演马福利奥的张云舒以及扮演赫卡忒的宋赵欣同学。出色的戏剧离不开投入的演员，戏剧展演不负众望地在欢呼中落下了帷幕。

　　戏终了，莎士比亚的精神将永远复刻在同学们心中，每一次回味依旧能摄取其中艺术演绎的甘醇。我们的脚步不会就此停下，莎士比亚的戏剧荡涤灵魂，其作品将渗入每一个人的心灵，滋润、哺育着一代又一代的阅读者、演绎者。让我们永远铭记这一位伟大而耀眼的戏剧圣手——威廉·莎士比亚。

Shakespeare Play performs the acme of art, consummates the summit of aesthetic value. Now it has crossed the valley of times and shown itself as the feast for souls, and accompanied us through the journey of art transcending reality. As the spotlight shone on the blossoms of art cultivated by our own, everything defies description. We appreciate the combination of emotions and drama, taste the fruiting of cooperation within a class, and enjoy the dew of every single endeavor.

For over a month, the effort put in revising and going behind lines of scripts, comprehending the emotions and context, choosing over numerous stage props and costumes, as well as rehearsals that soaked with sweat of every single participant was beyond any complaints, for the exploration of art spurred on us to dig into work, and competition among classes gave impetus to our fighting. Leaders and board members of the school were all present with the teachers of our grade. The approving and ineffable applause from teachers is well worth the sweat and toil of our fellows.

Within the reach of the last ray of light, the scent of erosion scattered darkness over the castle. The arrogant emperor Macbeth stood erectly with melancholy. Evilness had thrown him into devious hell without providing him with any possibility of salvation. Footsteps from below, wretched tolls of the bell echoed in desperation and devoured brightness into the embracing of guilt. The cry of Macbeth as well as his wife piled on the struggle and desire of their wicked nature. Shrieking laughter and outlandish dances of witches and spirits demonstrated the eeriness and horror beyond reality. The torture of Banquo’s ghost imposed on Macbeth’s soul as it wandered in his spiritual world; Macduff’s sword stabbing into the heart of the tyrant ended the spread of darkness and horror while hopeless shrill led to the climax of the drama. Additionally, magnificent sound effects accompanied the thrilling stories and the heroic battle with glaring of swords—This was Macbeth from Pre DP Class 2, a unprecedented visual feast.

The last scent of tragedy is blown off by romance as Viola, a woman in man’s disguise was in the spotlight on stage. With graceful and soothing melody resounded in the room, a perplexing romance had taken its place. The buffoonery of Butler Malvolio, the gracefulness of the Countess, the genuine confession of Olivia in the serene garden, the persistent of Viola for a sacred romance, all of those intermixed a touching story. Though there was no upsurge or ebb, the limpid stream flowing of the plot seized the attention of audience, and the aesthetic music fitted perfectly with the placid atmosphere as well as the appealing scenario. Twelfth Night, presented by Class 3 was everything about tranquility and beauty.

King Lear, acted by Class 1 was another tragedy brought up to the stage. As the stage dimmed out, shadows out of decadence with flares of fire appear. The aged King Lear accounted his wishes after his abdication. Inside the spectacular palace, honey tongues of the princesses implored the wealth and nation of the father’s inheritance, while pure and modest Cordelia refused to flatter for wealth and ended up bare hands. Within the speech of words, the personalities were apparent. As the story transcended, deserted King Lear was exempted into the wilderness. The helpless and desperate expression of the protagonists recounted the grievance of a dynasty. When Cordelia finally united with her father, before the nectar of reunion was drunk, war deprived her of her precious life. The doleful moment that the King held the body of his daughter till he died left a vivid impression in the minds of all.

Finally, Class 4 presented the last drama A Midsummer Night’s Dream of Romeo and Juliet. Luxuriant costumes and props caught the eyes of audience into the dream-like midsummer night. The conceited and royal temperament of Oberon and Titania, the king and queen of the Fairies awed the audience. The kindness and loyalty of Hermia and the persistence of Lysander as well the binding of their courtship raised countless appraise for the greatness of love. The courage of Helena and her determined words were explicitly performed while the naughty fairy embellished the darkness of night with a glare of light. Inserting the tragic romance of Romeo and Juliet also enhanced the theme of the drama with both creativity and depth.

Applause was given to everyone who devoted themselves into the success of the show, and honor was given to all sweat soaked the final triumph. Class 3 took Best Acting Award while Best Screen Adaption was awarded to Class two. Class 4 undoubtedly received Best Stage Prop and Costumes as Best Organized Play was awarded to Class 1. Individual awards inluded Best Actor, which was handed to Jiahong Ling(凌嘉鸿) as Macbeth, Best Actress to Muyang Li(李牧阳) as Lady Macbeth. Moreover, Best Supporting Actors and Actresses were Xinyan Sha(沙信言) as Sir Tobey, Yunshu Zhang(张云舒) as Malvolio and Zhaoxin Song(宋赵欣) as Hecate. Without excellent and devoted performers, there would be no spectacular drama. Shakespeare Festival ended in cheers and applauses.

The drama ends, but the spirit of Shakespeare would always be imprinted in the heart of us all; every retrospect is another sip of the nectar of art. Our footsteps would not cease from here. Shakespeare would influence from generations to generations, diffuse the essence in the soul of many and continue to moisten and nurture our spirit. Let’s engrave this glorious playwright—William Shakespeare.
